Hi All!
I hope you’re doing well considering the recent news in Europe.
As always, here’s your weekly On-Track advice, a list of tips and tricks to keep you on track with your goals in life and business.
1. “Work for a cause, not for applause. Live life to express, not to impress.” – Unknown
There are two types of motivation: One is fueled by social validation and the other is driven by your inner voice. To increase your odds of success, change your source of motivation to the latter. Only you will know the true worth and meaning of our accomplishments.
2. “You can’t do it all yourself. Don’t be afraid to rely on others to help you accomplish your goals.” – Oprah Winfrey
Volunteering your time, money, and energy feels good. Remember the last time you donated to charity or gave some of your spare change to a homeless person? How did it feel?
The next time you need a helping hand, don’t be afraid to reach out to friends, family, or even strangers. Chances are that you will receive support and that they are quite happy to do so.
3. “Sometimes you have to put yourself first and do what’s best for you.” – Mike van der Poel
Being selfish is not always a bad thing. You must always take care of yourself first because you’re in charge of solving your own problems. Only you know what caused them, so it’s in your hands to resolve them.
Until next week,
Mike van der Poel
