Hi All!
I hope you’re having a great week so far. As always, here’s your weekly On-Track advice, a list of tips and tricks to keep you on track with your goals in life and business.
1. “The food you eat can be either the safe and most powerful medicine or the slowest poison.” ― Sukhraj S. Dhillon
What does your day-to-day diet look like? Do you eat a healthy breakfast that energizes you throughout the day? Are there any nutritional deficiencies that you may be having?
If you want to perform at your best, you must eat a clean diet. Good food boosts your energy and allows you to perform at your best.
2. “Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion.” ― Simon Sinek
The work that you do every day should satisfy you. You should feel as though you’re moving toward some meaningful outcome whenever you decide to work hard. How passionate are you about your current job?
3. “You are your own boss. No one else.” ― Mindee Arnett
If you want something to change in your life, you shouldn’t expect other people to step in and change it for you. You have to take ownership of your life. You own and write your story; no one else does.
Until next week,
