I hope your week is off to a great start. As always, here are your weekly tips and tricks to keep you on track with your goals in life and business.

Whatever you focus on is what you get. When you get into negative thinking patterns, you program your mind to look for negativity in your surroundings. This phenomenon is called confirmation bias, the tendency to search for information in a way that confirms your prior beliefs.
You can also use confirmation bias to your advantage. All you need to do is to change your thinking in a way that you look for positive events and outcomes habitually. One way to do this is by repeating positive affirmations daily. They might look something like this:
- “I am growing, and I am going at my own pace.”
- “I am proof enough of who I am and what I deserve.”
- “I alone hold the truth of who I am.”

You can’t appreciate the good times without the bad times. Entrepreneurs understand this well; Those who start a business from scratch often go through years of hardship before they make profits.

It’s easy to feel frustrated when things aren’t going as planned. If you’ve been trying to solve a problem at work, in your relationships or in other areas of your life, and you’re not seeing the results you desire, it might be because you lack clarity. How well do you understand the problem you’re facing? What action will move you toward solving the issue at hand? Do you know the outcome you want to achieve?
